Hi everyone!

We've had a few people ask, so I wanted to share this again: we have pre-order calendars available for friends/family who missed the main campaign!

Here is our BackerKit pre-order store. 

Additionally, our sister project, Women vs Cosplay, is in the last day of their campaign and has 13 bundles left that include a MvC calendar!

Can I do WvC as an add-on?

I am determining the easiest way to have MvC backers include the WvC calendar as a $15 add-on! I will update you all soon!

Calendar Production

The calendars are still in the process of being produced. I should be getting production pics soon, I can't wait to share them!

Hi everyone,

Here's what I'm working on this week!

• Final calendar guy announcement. 
• Final touches to BackerKit. I got requests from folks who wanted to upgrade their pledges and add on some extra shirts/calendars for their friends. When our BackerKit is approved, you all will get your backer surveys to select your calendar goods and give me your mailing addresses. If you notice 6-7 items in the add-on section, PLEASE don't panic - these are absolutely optional and were requested from backers. :) 
• Calendar being built. I will have a PDF draft to review shortly after SDCC for calendar guys to make any adjustments to their info.
• Waiting on KS funds to arrive. This process takes 2 weeks (standard with KS). Once it occurs, I can order general swag (postcards, pins), and then have the money read for our calendar order and shirt order (once sizes are in!).

Thank you all again! I had a few solid rest days after the Kickstarter ended to recover from the month-long campaign. <3 I appreciate the supportive emails, and feedback on what's to come!

We DID IT!

Give yourself a high-five! (Or, if you’re gonna be at San Diego Comic-Con, please find me so I can give you one!) 

Thank you so much for making this campaign the most successful calendar we’ve had! We ended up with 577 backers, and 129% funded! 

Having surpassed our goal, the excess will go to the bonus pins and saving the rest for any padding we need for calendar, reward, or shipping costs.  

We have an incredible roster this year and I’m honored to be working with so many amazing cosplayers and photographers!  

Next Steps  

I am building the calendar file, will give the guys 2 weeks to review it, and then send it off to the printer. We’re using the same printer as last time, and we ironed out most of the quirks that come with a page-a-day design file.  

I will also be waiting for Kickstarter to process and deliver the funds, so I can start ordering rewards bit by bit as we get the survey info!  

Backer Survey  

Within the next few days, you will be receiving a backer survey through Backerkit. You will be able to select t-shirt size/type, postcard set options, details on add-ons, etc. Please keep an eye out for that! It’s my first year running Backerkit, and it will be a huge help getting everyone their rewards!

I am going to be in touch the entire process, so you can see all the behind-the-scenes awesomeness of everyone’s work coming together.  :)

Hi everyone,

No pressure, just wanted to pop in that we have 12 hours left in the campaign for those who want to make any changes! :)

Exclusive Pin

All Kickstarter backers who pledged for any physical calendar tier ($20+ tiers) will get a bonus enamel pin (designed by California artist Raven Cruz!). This upgrade is automatic - you don't need to do anything! 

If you'd like to include an add-on, go to "manage your pledge" and increase your total amount by the item(s) you want to add to your package. Don't change your pledge tier- BackerKit will recognize your increase and ask you for details on the add-on you increased your pledge for.
